These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the CyberCreators.io platform ("Service") operated by CyberCreators.io ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You may hold one account only. Creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts is prohibited.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account.
CyberCreators.io is a link-in-bio and creator tooling platform. We provide tools to help adult content creators manage and share their online presence. We do not host adult content directly.
All explicit content remains on the third-party platforms you link to. You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms and laws governing those platforms.
You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose. You must not:
You are responsible for all content you publish on the Service, including your profile, bio, and links.
Profile photos must not contain obscene, explicit, nudity, or profane material. Public profiles are visible to anyone without an account — profile images must be safe for general audiences.
Links may direct to adult content platforms but must not link directly to illegal content of any kind.
Bios and text must not contain hate speech, threats, or content that violates applicable law.
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
Any content depicting, referencing, or linking to the sexual exploitation of minors is strictly prohibited. We are legally required under EU law to report such content to the relevant national authorities and Europol immediately and without notice. All associated account data will be preserved and provided to investigators.
Sex trafficking & exploitation
Using the Service to advertise, facilitate, recruit for, or profit from the trafficking or sexual exploitation of any person is strictly prohibited. We comply with EU Directive 2011/36/EU on preventing and combating trafficking in human beings. Suspected activity will be reported to law enforcement immediately.
Non-consensual content
Publishing, linking to, or facilitating the distribution of intimate images or content without the subject's explicit consent is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
Any other illegal activity
Using the Service to facilitate coercion, fraud, or any other criminal activity will result in immediate termination and full cooperation with relevant authorities.
You retain full ownership of all content you publish on the Service.
By publishing content, you grant CyberCreators.io a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, cache, and serve that content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. This licence ends when you delete the content or close your account.
You confirm that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you publish, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights.
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, is reported as illegal, or that we reasonably believe poses a risk to users or the platform — without prior notice.
Removal of content does not constitute a waiver of our right to suspend or terminate your account.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You authorise us to charge your payment method at each renewal period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — we do not offer prorated refunds for partial periods.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry. Continued non-payment may result in suspension of your account.
All prices are inclusive of applicable VAT where required under EU law.
You may close your account at any time via account settings. On closure, your public profile will be deactivated immediately.
We may suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or any activity we determine to be harmful to the platform or its users.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections covering liability, content ownership, and governing law survive termination.
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance at any time.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service at any time with reasonable notice where possible.
The Service allows you to link to third-party platforms (e.g. OnlyFans, Fansly). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those platforms. Your use of third-party platforms is governed solely by their own terms.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.
To the fullest extent permitted by EU law, CyberCreators.io shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the total fees you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the EU member state in which CyberCreators.io is registered, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
We encourage resolution of disputes informally in the first instance. Contact us at [email protected] and we will attempt to resolve within 30 days.
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, Country]. EU consumers retain the right to bring proceedings in their country of residence.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be notified by email or in-app at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
